As the winter months approach, IAM will be collecting certain NEW items for the refugees at the Fort Dix base in New Jersey. These items can be dropped off at the masjid on Sunday, November 14th from 10am to 2pm. We will also be accepting monetary donations in order to purchase these items. Thus far, we have used the donations collected to provide requested items for the refugees at the base and those who are resettling across the state.

We will be accepting the following new items for donation:
Blankets
Jackets
Sweaters
Boots
Hats/Gloves
Socks
Hygiene items (shampoo, disposable razors, etc)
Strollers
Prepaid cellphones

Monetary donations will be accepted through Venmo (imamalimasjid-iam) or by Paypal: imamalimasjid.com/iam/donate.

Join us every Thursday at 7:30pm for the Dua Kumayl Program starting with congregational Isha prayer followed by speech by Sheikh Ameeni, and concluding with recitation of Dua.

Join us on Sunday, October 24th at 1pm to celebrate the birth anniversaries of the Holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW) and Imam Jafar Sadeq (AS). The program will begin with Dhuhr & Asr prayers followed by speech by Sheikh Ameeni, poetry, and more!

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Marhoom Ali Akbar Jafari (Edward Thornton).  The Janaza program will be on Friday,  October 22nd at 1pm at Imam Ali Masjid. After Dhuhr prayers and Salat al Mayyit,  there will be the funeral procession to Morgan Cemetery in Cinnaminson, New Jersey where he will be buried.

The Fatiha for Marhooma Bibi Haji Seema Imrani and Marhoom Sayyid Mohsen Shah Imrani will be held on Sunday, October 17th from 2pm to 4pm at Imam Ali Masjid. All who attend must abide by COVID precautions including wearing a face mask at all times.
