NJ Family Camp June 6th-8th

Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at NJ Muslim Camp 2025 – Ghadir Edition. It’s an event like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉

Through engaging activities and insightful discussions, this camp aims to nurture personal and spiritual development in a supportive environment. We’ve planned a dynamic lineup of activities designed to spark your energy and keep you engaged. This includes thrilling team challenges, classic games with a twist, bonfires discussions, hiking, chilling, movies, outdoor games, and many more. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

Age Group: EVERYONE. We recommend you to join as a family.

What’s provided: Lodging and activities

What’s not provided:
You must bring your own food. Stoves and grills are available on a first come first serve basis. Refrigerators may not be available. Bring a cooler to pack items that need it.

Event registration will be closed on Friday, May 30, by 11:59 pm.

Eid Timing
For followers of Marjah who use local sight of the moon as the start of the new month (i.e. Sayyid Sistani), June 6th with be Eid al-Adha.

Biweekly Islamic Discussions 5/9

Join us for a Quranic-centered group discussion this Friday night, 5/9, led by Sayyid Baqir Imrani. Recommended to brothers and sisters 14+, and there will be a separate program for children in the upstairs classrooms. The program will begin at 7:45PM starting with Maghrib prayer.

Janazah & Funeral Service Details

Janazah service will be on Tuesday, May 6th at 1:00 pm at Mohammadia Islamic Center, Paterson, NJ, followed by burial at Laurel Grove Cemetery.

The Fatiha will take place on Tuesday, May 6th from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Mohammadia Islamic Center.

Join us to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (AS) on Thursday, April 24th at 7PM. The program will include a speech by guest speaker Sheikh Ahmad Modarres, Dua Kumayl, and Maghrib/Isha prayers.

Community Flea Market 2025

Want to sell your baked goods or need to declutter your house? Imam Ali Masjid will be hosting a Flea Market on Saturday, April 26th from 10 AM – 3 PM. Bring your items to the masjid or just come and buy what others are selling! Reserve a table to sell your items for $25. For shopping, entry tickets will be $5 per person or $20 per family. Tickets will include entrance to the market, access to the moon bounce, and other activities.
